GENERAL REFUND POLICY:
Due to the digital nature of our 3D assets, most sales are final. We do not provide refunds for items based on dissatisfaction or any reason not described within this policy.

PURCHASES THAT MAY BE REPLACED:
We may provide a replacement 3D asset pack for orders where a customer has mistakenly purchased the wrong item or a duplicate item, provided the customer has not yet downloaded the corresponding files from their order. Given the digital nature of our products, once files are downloaded, we cannot accept a return or replacement.
If you have mistakenly purchased the wrong license, please contact us immediately before downloading the product so that we can review your case independently.
ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER:
If you have purchased an item and fundamentally misunderstood its nature (for example, if you thought you would receive a physical asset or misunderstood what types of devices and computer software your items could be accessed on), please note that we do not provide refunds in these cases.

Please contact us immediately if, upon purchasing and prior to downloading if you selected the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue individually.
