Effective upon purchase, this License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between you and Pedro Veloso, operating as Bundle Bulb, for any digital product acquired from www.bundlebulb.com or any other marketplaces where the assets are available.

By purchasing or using 3D Asset Packs from Bundle Bulb, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please refrain from using or purchasing 3D Asset Packs from Bundle Bulb.

License Grant

Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased 3D models (or 3D asset packs) for personal, educational, or commercial projects at a single location.

License Tiers

Individual License

For individuals working on personal or freelance projects. This license is not valid if the individual is incorporated as a team member of a studio, even if they are the only one using the 3D Asset Pack.

Permitted Uses

You are authorized to:

• Incorporate the 3D models into your original designs, including for commercial purposes.
• Create one backup copy for personal use.

You are not authorized to:

• Resell, distribute, or transfer the models as standalone items.
• Store the models on a server accessible by multiple users.
• Utilize the models at multiple locations without additional licenses.

Indie Studio License

Permits use of the 3D Asset Pack for up to 5 artists within a single studio. The number of artists is counted as the total number of artists working in the studio, not just those working on the project.

Permitted Uses

You are authorized to:

• Incorporate the 3D models for commercial purposes.
• Store the models in the studio server, accessible internally.

You are not authorized to:

• Resell, distribute, or transfer the models as standalone items.
• Utilize the models at multiple locations without additional licenses.

Enterprise License

Permits use of the 3D Asset Pack for more than 5 artists within a single studio. The number of artists is counted as the total number of artists working in the studio, not just those working on the project.

Permitted Uses

You are authorized to:

• Incorporate the 3D models for commercial purposes.
• Store the models in the studio server, accessible internally.

You are not authorized to:

• Resell, distribute, or transfer the models as standalone items.
• Utilize the models at multiple locations without additional licenses.

Ownership and Restrictions

The 3D models remain the intellectual property of Bundle Bulb. You are prohibited from:

• Sharing the models with other businesses or entities.
• Using the models in any manner not expressly permitted by this Agreement.

Limited License

Upon payment of the non-refundable license fee, you are granted a limited right to use 3D models for personal, educational, or commercial use by you at a single, geographical location (the “Licensed Location”). You may not store 3D models on a file server accessible via the Internet or other external network by computers not located at the Licensed Location.

Permitted Copies

You may not duplicate or copy 3D models except as needed for the permitted use. However, you may make one (1) personal copy for backup purposes.

Intellectual Property Rights

3D models purchased from Bundle Bulb are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy 3D models except as provided under the “Permitted Copies” provision above.

License Transfer: Service Bureaus

You may not rent, lease, sub-license, distribute, lend, or transfer 3D models, or any copy or portion of them, without prior written consent from Bundle Bulb.

No Other Use

You are granted only the rights expressly stated in this Agreement. Below are examples of uses that are NOT permitted under this Agreement and require a separate license:

• Sharing 3D models with other business entities (e.g., your advertising agency, dealer, subsidiary, parent company, service bureau, etc.).
• Using 3D models at more than one physical location.
• Reselling or redistributing 3D models. For example, adding the models to those you plan to sell on websites such as TurboSquid.

Artificial Intelligence

For purposes of this Agreement, “Generative AI Programs” means artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, or similar technologies designed to automate the generation of or aid in the creation of new content, including but not limited to audio, visual, or text-based content. Collecting, aggregating, mining, scraping, or otherwise using the Licensed Content in datasets utilized by Generative AI Programs, in the development of Generative AI Programs, or as inputs to Generative AI Programs is not allowed.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Please read our Refund Policy. If there was a purchase error and the files have not been downloaded, an exchange for a different product may be arranged after reviewing each case independently. Please contact us prior to purchasing with any questions or concerns.

Warranty and Disclaimer

Bundle Bulb strives to deliver high-quality products and provide detailed descriptions of each product. However, all models are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Any minor errors, such as missing textures or files, will be addressed if you submit a detailed description and proof of purchase.

Bundle Bulb disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the models.

Termination

This license will terminate automatically if you breach any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, all copies of the models must be destroyed.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Spain, Barcelona. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Spain, Barcelona.
